I prepared the service at St. Mary's San Francisco Cathedral on behalf of the Coalition against the Sanctions in Iraq. The Interfaith community signed a message to the People of San Francisco and the Bay Area and asked the Supervisors to adopt a resolution to lift the sanctions against Iraq.

Dennis Halliday is the former leader of the UN Oil-for-Food Program in Iraq. He refutes administration claims that Iraq possesses sufficient means to rebuild it's infrastructure, medical facilities and nutritional necessities.
