Mr Presendent,

The Israeli Settlements plans in both Jerusalem and the West Bank are serious threats to peace in the Middle East. It is curious that the Adminstration does not recognize that this threat is more serious to the Israelis than to the Palestinians. Unlike the Israelis, the Palestinians have gained very little from the peace process. The current adminstration will soon be seen by Israelis as the most anti-semitic in modern American history.
